*Tariff classes RL-1
and RL-2 are modeled using RL for customers without electric heat and
RLH for customers with electric heat. The RL-1 (TOU, heating and
non-heating) tariff was mandatory for new homes built through 12/1/99.
The tariff closed to new accounts as of
12/1/99. Existing RL-1 customer accounts may remain on that
schedule, but have the option to switch to Schedule R (non-TOU) or
RL-2 (voluntary TOU) at anytime. Beginning
1/3/00, customers
choose from Schedule R or Schedule RL-2 when applying for service.
