Customer Lists
The Maryland Public Service Commission has authorized BGE to sell licensed suppliers a residential customer list on an annual basis. The list contains the Account Name, the Billing Address, the Service Address and the Fuel Type (Gas, Electric, Combined). You can find the Residential Customer List Agreement here.

CDWeb
The CDWeb provides licensed electricity suppliers with the capability to access 12 months of electric historical customer data as well as 12 months of interval data for electric accounts that have interval metering. In addition, it includes account-specific information such as name, bill group, PLC values, etc. Users are required to obtain a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the customer before submitting a request. The CD Web can also be used by gas suppliers. For more information, please refer to the CDWeb Guidelines
